I do not recognise this crest, it is not Pakualamanan, Kraton Jogjakarta, nor is it Mangkunegaraan or Kraton Surakarta.

In fact, it looks like a trade mark, but the numbers puzzle me, I have no idea what they represent. Sometimes you'll see something like this with numbers that can be aligned to a date and represent a birthday or anniversary, or some other important event; at other times you will see a "magic square" with numbers having a talismanic intent, but I cannot see either of these things in this number arrangement. I don't know what it is.
