Welcome to the forum - nice to see quite a few new members over here!

Maybe you can try to post a few close-ups? These are still being produced today and age is tough to ascertain. I'd lean towards a post-WW2 origin (maybe late 20th c.?); I am no expert though and hope others will chime in with more info.
