I cannot help you with a translation but have in my searches for info found an old post regarding silver marks on a koummya. I had bought a koummya with some silver marks some time ago. One of those marks had the number 1300 hijra date (1882). In that post, a member of the forum, Tatyana Diovona posted a picture of some silver marks from the book: Bijoux du Maroc du Haut Atlas a la vallèe du Draa. Your silver mark is not among them. She is still active on the forum,maybe you can send her a pm.
