I was also thinking about 1224... (albeit the 4 looks rather odd, but it is possible to have some part of it missing)

However, it appears there is more written, so I am hoping that maybe Zifir or Kwiatek will be able to tell us more. It would be great to have a signature or a place of origin.

Is it Turkish?! Is it from the Balkans?!
