Battara EAAF Staff Join Date: Dec 2004 Location: Louisville, KY Posts: 7,346	It maybe recently made. Yes the casting is terrible and what is worse is that patina in the crevices is missing. Also the touch hole - it looks too crisp. These were also used as signal cannons. Yours is not the right size for a signal lantaka.
