I see your point but really the only similarity is the shape. No doubt the Auction House is accurate in it's description???? Often they are not, though IMHO in this case the decoration certainly LOOKS European.
I stick with Afghani for my flask and yours.
As a matter of interest, is there a powder cut off, and how does it function?
