Armoured breast plate ID please

A Senefelder Member Join Date: Jul 2009 Posts: 214	While it is clearly hand forged I don't see any open holes that would have held the pins ( most likely for 17th century ) or buckles to engage the straps that would be used to wear it. Are there rivet heads showing inside that I can't make out that may be filling in these holes?
