Dual pedang suduk maru
A find from last year, that i forgot to share with everybody.
It is a nice pedang suduk with dual blades, pamored . Scabbard have silver mounts, and lacquered leather cover. Most likely a unique piece, for someone with a certain statut. Maybe a Chinese descendant or a Chinese official in Indonesia ? I would place it in the late 19th, early 20th. Any input, opinions, or discussions are warmly welcome ! |
