Welcome to the Forum!

Your sword does seem to be a mix of different cultures. The hilt reminds me of the eagle head style found on some Polish karabela sabers. This is far from my area of expertise, but you might want to look at this recent thread to get an idea of the variety found in karabela sabers. These sabers often had a mix of ethnic elements, including Eastern/Islamic components.

Others here may have a completely different take on your sword.
