No, sorry, my fault! I've remembered that I know this sort of daggers and have had a look to "panga na visu" and there is a very similar dagger on page 23, piece 13 described as Tuareg/Mandingo from Mali but personally I would go with my previous statement in the link you provided.
Again, sorry for any confusion.
