IMHO both are Moro.
This style of spear head is less obvious to pin down than the more common one with typical carving at the base of the blade. I'd posit that its origin is still recognizable by the overall flow of lines though. I'm less convinced that the bands of Rick's example are as old as the blade; just a vague feeling...
