What a spectular piece Rick. I cant add anything to what you know I am sure, but can you tell us a little more about the dimensions and regarding the metuk, is that a composite or inlay.

Dimensions Etc.
This blade is 16 1/4 inches from tip of pesi to tip of blade.
At the base from ron dha to ron dha it is 1 1/2 inches. The blade at it thickest point, immediately above the metuk is 16/20ths. of an inch. The metuk is 22/20ths. of an inch circumference. The gold work is kinatah, that is, the Javanese style of koftgari. |
