Does anyone recognize this

I posted it here because I thought I had seen it somewhere here.
I am trying to figure out what it represents.

I would say it is Garuda , could be wrong though but I don't think so ....

There also seems to be a Naga at the base and Vishnu is the deity that rides on Garuda's shoulders .

I found 2 of these wood carvings today and they are very intricate.So I had to have them

Yeah, that has got to be Garuda, with Vishnu on his back. I think Hanuman (the monkey king in the Ramayana) might have also ridden Garuda, but I could be wrong. Anyway, the rider here isn't a monkey, so it must be Vishnu.

At the very bottom there is also the turtle which (IIRC) the Balinese believe carries the world while swimming through an endless sea .
