A Pata Sword this pata sword has a beautiful iron grip, which is particularly striking due to its embossed grooves. Since it is already a few hundred years old and was certainly used in some fights, there is some damage on the surface of the handguard. but there are no big holes in it yet. the iron armholder on the underside of the handle is very solid. the blade probably comes from a european rapier (italy, spain or germany) you can find the remains of the blade marks on it, but unfortunately no name of the smith. it is kept very slim and 2-edged. such a pata with such a slender blade can also be found in the holstein reference book. it is definitely of a very good quality!!
