Everyone watch the bicagi on ebay this week?

33"oal, 24 1/2" blade. A bit out of the ordinary with braided copper/brass wire and emerald (or green glass) on the hilt...a later addition?
Any thoughts on this piece?

Hi. I am quiet sure the copper wires,all scabbard mountings & leather and stone embedding on the hilt are new.
