The above blade is marked as follows:

1. Kgl. Sachs. Ulannen Regt. No 17 Kaiser Franz Josef von Oserreich, Konig von Ungarn.

Translated as:

"1st Royal Saxon Ulanen Regiment Number 17, Emperor Franz Josef, Emperor of Austria and King of Hungary"


What is the official model or patern designation of this sword?

What is the correct sword knot for the above?

Any other information would be appriciated.
