Nice example of a well made Hmong knife. The well forged and tempered blade, of typical shape, has inscribed designs along the spine and a sharp cutting edge. The bone hilt has a small metal ferrule with disc guard and a band at its end. The scabbard is covered with strips of white metal and a cord wrap at the throat. Probably dates from the Vietnam War period (~60 years old).
