Hello All,
I've been meaning to take these pics for a bit, and finally got to them today. Here's all of my blades (antique and vintage) from Eskilstuna, one of the major knife producing areas of Sweden. Many, but not all of these are from C. W. Dahlgren. Last year, I posted a series of photos from a catalogue from C.W. Dalhgren from 1906. over here, starting at Post # 9. http://www.vikingsword.com/vb/showthread.php?t=29587 Have fun, Leif |

very nice , thank you ! Specially the ones with tradional decorations !!!
Is the black hilt made from leather or just wood ? But do you have a picure of Tommie Gustafson's blades? which he used in Eskilstuna ![]() interesting as well is the fact that bayonets were made around WW I there, named after the old King in Carl Gustafs stads gevärsfaktori (who also did make rifles, like mausers) https://digitaltmuseum.se/search?q=C...C3%A4rsfaktori a collector's interesting website https://www.holmback.se/edged_weapons/reference.html https://www.holmback.se/bayonets/wra..._m94_(A4).html best regards Gunar Last edited by gp; Today at 09:07 PM. |
