Whats this dagger?

Found at a local antique shop.
What is its origin?
Looks to be military side dagger.
Maybe mid to early 20thc.
No markings on blade.

BTW didn't buy it. They are asking way too much I think. I would like to know just in case I want to try to talk them down.
