Default My first kukri

This has been a week of first for me, not the least of which is this magnificent kukri. Technically it is not my first. I have one of the 5" GK&Co. kukris (nice, small one) that are sold to tourists in Katmandu. However, this is the first one that I have owned that I consider a weapon. I don't know the age, but would guess it is WWII era? The only markings on the blade is the work "India" and a small arrow. LOA: 18" (including sheath), LOB: 12". Any additional related information will be appreciated. Thanks!
