I picked this up on ebay a while back .
A 1907 American silver Philippine Peso . The clip itself shows good age and wear as does the coin . Lots of stuff going on in the Morolands in 1907 . It's a nice go with for my interests in edged weapons collecting . ![]() Feels good in my pocket too . |

Hello Rick, A very nice addition to go with your collection. I saw another one of these money clips go on ebay a few weeks back and I was thinking of making a bid on it late in the auction but it had climbed in price more than I thought I wanted to spend. Now looking at yours I wish I had bid on it.
My congratulations on your scoring this.Robert |

Yep !
Big heavy coin . 800 Silver . Robert, the clip ended around $32.00 ; the silver is worth 15-16 US . I figured add 16 for sentimental value and it's a deal .
