Default Pulwar Sword Age and maker?

Hi:

Further to my last post on my Tulwar sword I also picked up what I believe is a Pulwar sword.

I was hoping the design may be a clue to its age and maker as I cannot find any marking on it. Is anyone willing to take a guess at the age?

Are these swords worth restoring in any way? The handle is loose to the blade and there looks like remnants of wood or resin between the handle and the blade i.e. some seems to be missing. Could or should this be replaced? Would that firm up the handle to the blade?

The blade is approximately 29-30" long.

Each side of the handle is a bit different, almost like a piece missing on one side, yet at that spot there seems to be an intentional hammer mark, so perhaps this "missing piece" was intentional. Any ideas?

Should anyone have an idea of the value of the sword, as is, or restored, and are willing to share that information via email, or message, per the rules of the forum, I would appreciate it.

Thanks in advance!
