Again, thank you very much for your indepth answer Fascinating how many people played an important part in the making of a keris.

I wasn't trying to ask about specific on the rituals, I realise by now that I would not be able to remotely begin to understand them... thank you for a brief glimpse on what kind of things would matter, that makes a lot of sense. I was merely wondering if the keris maker would also somehow infuse the ritualistic powers or whether some kind of specialist priest would do that in separate rituals, but I realise that thought is entirely wrong, the special and mindful process of creating the keris and observing special things along the process seems to be the ritual in itself, or at least an important part of it. For now, that will do, deeper explanations on the rituals of creating a pusaka would not be understood. As I understood naga sasra blades, they would likely fall into that category, but I realise part of the mystery of my keris will be that I will likely never be able to fully understand it and exactly how/why it was made. I suppose that is a usual thing for collectors of historical artefacts... but as I mentioned, I don't usually do that. Certainly something I am starting to get interested in though

It's sad to learn how thoroughly lost or almost lost such a big part of the keris culture seems to be. Great to have people like you guys and a place like this forum to preserve some of the knowledge! Fascinating what part Herr Drescher seems to have played in preserving this knowldge as well. I suppose some of you people here must have known him, also seems like a very humble guy.

I have a few more questions on the "metal object" side, but I will need to take some more pictures to properly ask them and I sadly don't have all that much time currently, but I'll get around to it. Thank you again for your amazing help so far

Since I truely am curious, I will ask again if you share pictures of your own creations? I have found a dagger someone claims you forged that has been sold at an auction house, but I haven't found a picture of a finished keris you forged and carved. Would you share one or do you not do that?
