Without hittin the books, I would say these are pretty much munitions French arms that fall into the 'galle' (rooster or chicken pommel but stylized) and early to mid 19th c. They recall some of the military cadet swords of late 18th early 19th. These seem to be of the kind for auxiliary unit sidearms often more utilitarian.
