Sorry, I gave an incorrect reading, it should be:

A Turkish, couplet. For some reason the first words of each line are missing.

[bu bıçağın] zarbından cümle düşman tar-ü mar
[alır düşmandan] intikamını sanki misli zülfikar

“The entire enemy are scattered at [this knife’s] blow,
[It takes] its revenge on the enemy like Zülfikar.”

The maker’s mark reads “Ahmed”.
