It appears to say in the top part
"Clothing" in Arabic transliteration Malboos.
The lower bit reads
"Wellness" in Arabic transliteration "Alafia".
There appears to the right in the top word a star shape which is the Star of Suleman.
I think a play on words may be suggested in wearing this weapon to remain in safety...or something similar.
