Don't know how I missed your Thread earlier on. Very interesting gun. And I'm sure Oliver's assessment is correct. The stock does seem like a later styling exercise utilizing an early lock and barrel. While well executed, notice the fine carvings on the stock show little to no wear. Possibly the gun was made for sport hunting, or just an artist's conception from the owner's imagination (?)
The lock is a very common style of miquelet utilized on many different guns throughout much of the Ottoman Empire. And the breech of the barrel also looks to be Ottoman in design. It's a very interesting curiosity. I like it.

If you get a chance, maybe you could post some additional photos and description such as barrel length, rifled or smoothbore, caliber, etc. for us Eastern gun enthusiests. LOL Some pics of the muzzle end, trigger guard, butt plate, etc.
