From the photos, it looks like Mataraman (Senopaten style).
Dapur could be Charita Keprabhon or the ones Amuk Murugul suggested.

WRT keris names... I know its mostly up to the owner to give titles such as "Kyai" or even "Kanjeng Kyai"....
