I do not know wether this is a German sword or not, but what I know is that the blade is a Toledo one. The "T"-mark is definite.

this could be a infantry- or police sabre of the Kingdom of Saxony, the "FA" under crown was the monogram of King Friedrich August II. (1797-1854 or Friedrich Augus III. (1904-1918)
