Yes it is fine wootz , that's what said the auctionhouse,
Said too it was not common to have a high quality blade and hilt on a ''fighting'' or ''military'' model ....

I just want to add this picture,
The blade moves a little in the scabbard and the velvet is used/missing inside so I don't think all dagger and scabbard are so recent.

this one lade of brass or bronze with an hidden blade,
The handle has a dragon head shape and the blade is not bad ,
It must be chinese so I wonder if it is a real item or just...
