A Yataghan for Translation

On behalf of a friend in Bulgaria, I am posting a yataghan which we believe is from Plovdiv (Filibe during Ottoman times), based on the decoration on the hilt, particularly the tulips and little flowers in the bolster. Can someone please help translate the inscriptions The date looks like 1833-1834. Many thanks in advance.
