 I'm not entirely sure but I see something that looks like 1220... 1220 hijri would be 1805/1806. |

 For comparison 3 Attachment(s) This is another koftgari embellished Mughal tulwar from N. India, likely Delhi, late 18th c. into early 19th.  It has notable similarity but not the inscribed characters on the hilt. |

 The inscription on the guard says راکیش خان ۲۲۰ روپیه 'Rakesh Khan, 220 rupees' |
