Silver hilted sword for sale
 

Still willing to reduce my collection. This time a high quality silver hilted smallsword, mounted on a 94 cms. two edged hexagonal blade, featuring the so called 'pater noster' concavities.
Both 'rococo' hilt decoration and blade style are said by those with knowledge to be of Dutch origin from around 1770, made for the export market.
Original scabbard with decorated silver mounts, with the leather broken and repaired with a silver band.

Selling for 1.100 Euros.
