Hello all,
At the same lot of knives that I bought, there was also this piece, I believe is Khanjar wahabit, I have three questions,
Is it really Wahabit?
Is it 19 th or 20 th?
What type of horn is the handle?
Thank you for your answers.

Hello Eric,

This is a Kurdish khanjar with what seem to be syrian made mounts. The blade looks like the beedh blades on Dharias (dhura'eyah or arm long dagger) better known as Wahabis :-)

Agree not a Dharia (wahabite). Kurdish Khanjar
Regards Stu

What do you think of the blade though, Stu?

Certanly similar design to Beedh blade, but we do not know the length. I suspect very much shorter than a Dharia blade, and typical shape of Kurdish blades..
