In "panga na visu" the big one is described as Bandia, Boa, Barambo, Benge, Binja, Mbudja, Kango and Mongelima. So you are correct since Binja is one of the tribes. The name of this weapon is mambeli/populidi.

The other one is described as Ngombe, Doko, Poto, Budja and Ngbandi.
The name is given as bero/mambeli.

Very nice pieces, special the smaller one.

Detlef

The big one is Bati a neighbouring tribe of the Mbudja. I have a simular one.
