K Pasta, Dudes?

Here is a Kurdish jambiya that I repaired that I got a few months ago. It is a wootz blade, although my phone can't get that kind of resilution....

If I get better pictures, I will post them.

Enjoy

Wow! I was surprised when I opened this up and saw my khanjar.

Anyway, there were 2 holes in the top that were missing either stones or silver.

The other and major thing that I repaired was one of the filigree silver straps on the hilt. It was broken in half and sticking out. I carefully resoldered it and carefully placed it back into it's "pocket" - not an easy thing to do.

Thanks for asking. :)
