Just wanted to share:

A very rare Russian Made Serbian Cavalry M1841 sword.

The small principality ordered some of this swords back in 1841 for their cavalry regiment.

Could the sword be a later replica?

There seems to be many differences & anomalies?

Don't think so.
There are two distinct types of hilt construction for this model - separate piece cap pommel and not.
