thnx a lot !

As mine is 12 cm shorter than the average ones which are 40 cm, would that imply, mean something or not at all ?

On the basis of form, construction and some of the decorative elements, I believe this is Moroccan, later 20th Century, probably made to appeal to the traveler. Considering the amount of hand work put in to these, I was surprised at how inexpensive they were during my own travel to Morocco in 1998.
