Does anybody know the name of the ukiran (hilt) of this keris? Or can someone tell me the mystical powers? Thanks! |

Hilts like this are supposed to exhibit naturally grown shapes - as such these are a gift of nature/god and of possible talismanic value. For more discussions, search for "gana"... I somewhat doubt that the size and shape of this example vibes well with the scabbard from an orang Jawa perspective though. Best wishes, Kai |
